Martin Erim 

Martin Erim is a co-founder and Managing Partner of the Presidents Capital Exchange. Mr. Erim’s work represents a distinguished 30-year career in business and project activities worldwide.  His work in recent years has specialized in finance and commercialization ventures in the security, safety and renewable energy sectors.  This work included numerous venture startups and financings.

Earlier, Mr. Erim’s work experience included a position as Senior Vice President, Commercial Legal Accounts at CACI - a publicly-traded defense IT and network solutions firm.  During this time, he successfully integrated a host of new corporate, insurance and law firm clients and services into CACI’s existing defense & government business group.  Mr. Erim joined CACI upon its acquisition of an IT firm co-founded and managed by him.

Mr. Erim is an attorney and received his J.D. from the American University, Washington College of Law.  He is a member of the Deans Advisory Council.  His B.A. degree is in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University.  Mr. Erim serves on the Political Science Board of Visitors, and launched the Erim Fund for Political Science.  Mr. Erim is a member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO), and is Chairman of Americans for Strong National Security; a nonpartisan, political networking and fundraising nonprofit organization. He resides with his family in Vienna, Virginia.

Alain Chetrit is a co-founder and Managing Partner of the Presidents Capital Exchange.  Mr. Chetrit is a serial entrepreneur with a vast experience and knowledge in retailing, technology, M&A advisory services and capital markets. He founded and successfully operated numerous companies.  He is an experienced CEO and board member for entrepreneurial and high growth organizations in the profit and non-profit sectors. Mr. Chetrit has an extensive management background in business operations, corporate acquisitions, market development and corporate finance and planning. Mr. Chetrit has created, directed and executed many plans in the areas of strategic business development, and overall business structures.  He has a strong background and sits on the boards of health care, retail and financial services companies.  He studied Business Administration at American University, Washington, D.C., was a Contributor to Financing Your Business with Venture Capital, (Prima, 1998), and holds a National Association of Securities Dealers Series 3 certification. He is an active member and sits on the international boards of YPO and WPO (Young Presidents Organization – World Presidents Organization).
