Presidents Capital Exchange developed Special Situation Funding to service customers’ financing inquiries for assets not qualified for A/R or Bridge Loan Financing. Such transactions can include Lines of Credit, Term Loans, Receivable Financing (ineligible for sale on TRE), and other Asset Purchases. When a PCE customer seeks financing, PCE sends an anonymous e-mail containing a one page summary of the pending transaction to our capital providers. Upon a capital provider’s indication of interest, the two parties are introduced by PCE for direct communication. All business terms are negotiated between the two parties directly. PCE will only earn a referral fee when an agreement is reached and the transaction is funded.

SSF Benefits to Customers:

  • Ability to reach a very large audience of financial institutions
  • No upfront fees or on-going costs
  • Referral Fee only paid to PCE upon a transaction closing
  • Negotiate your best deal among interested parties
